  • The Impact on Manifestation These beliefs can act as barriers, preventing us from pursuing our goals or even recognizing opportunities. Overcoming them is crucial for successful manifestation.

Strategies to Overcome Limiting Beliefs

  • Awareness and Acknowledgment The first step is to become aware of these beliefs. Reflect on your thoughts and identify any that might be holding you back.

  • Challenge and Replace Once identified, challenge these beliefs. Ask yourself if they are truly accurate. Replace them with positive, empowering beliefs.

Exercises for Day 6

  • Journaling Exercise Write down any limiting beliefs you have identified. Next to each, write a counter-statement that is positive and empowering.

  • Affirmations Create and repeat affirmations that directly oppose your limiting beliefs. For example, if you believe "I'm not good enough," affirm "I am capable and worthy."
